Sori sagt 저는 우산이 없어요.

아니에요 says “I am not (an umbrella)”. To say you do not have something, use 없어요 — the opposite of 있어요.

Sori sagt 집에 고양이가 없어요.

아니에요 says something is not X (저는 고양이가 아니에요). For “there isn't”, use 없어요 (Unit 2).

The negative of 있어요 is 없어요 (Unit 2). 안 is not used with 있다 for 'there is / have'.

제 already means “my” — it is 저의 squeezed into one syllable. Adding 의 says it twice.

A position word is a noun that comes after the place: 책상 위 (desk-top), then 에. English puts “on” first; Korean puts 위 second.

The thing you read is the object, so it takes 을/를 — 책을 읽어요. 이/가 would make the book the one doing the reading.
