Refund Policy
Effective 24 September 2026
Ask within 14 days of purchase and you get the full amount back. We don’t ask why.
1. What this covers
Every digital workbook sold by Soho Korean, wherever you bought it. The online lessons are free and involve no payment.
2. Period and amount

Requests after 14 days are looked at one by one and may be declined.
3. How to ask
- Bought on Etsy: send us a message through your Etsy order, or email hello@sohokorean.com with your Etsy order number. We issue the refund through Etsy.
- Bought on this site (when available): email hello@sohokorean.com with the order number from your receipt, or follow the refund instructions in the receipt email from Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
4. How long it takes
We answer and start the refund within 2 business days. The money goes back to the payment method you used; depending on Etsy or Paddle and your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to arrive.
5. After a refund
The licence to use the workbook ends. Please delete the files and any copies you printed for further use. We don’t check — we trust you.
6. Your rights as a consumer
This policy does not limit any right of withdrawal you have under consumer law, including the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Where the law gives you more, the law applies.
