Soho Korean collects no personal information from visitors to this website. The details:
1. This website
- Visit counts only. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which lessons are used. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not identify you. It loads one small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com.
- No cookies. There is no sign-up, no login and no session.
- No ads and no tracking pixels.
- Everything else from our own domain. Fonts, images and audio are served from sohokorean.com.
- No forms. The site takes no input from you. The practice exercises run entirely in your browser and nothing you click is sent anywhere.
This site is served by Cloudflare, Inc., which may keep its own access logs for operation and security. We do not use those logs to identify anyone.
2. If you email us
If you write to hello@sohokorean.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to reply. We keep the correspondence no longer than needed to deal with your message and any follow-up (for example, a refund).
3. Purchases
- Etsy. When you buy on Etsy, Etsy handles your payment and shares with us the order details it shares with every seller (such as your name, the item and your Etsy username). Etsy’s own privacy policy applies to Etsy.
- This site (when available). Payments are handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Card details go directly to Paddle; we never receive them. We see only the settlement information Paddle provides, such as order number, amount and country.
4. Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@sohokorean.com. For this website there is nothing to ask for, because nothing is collected.
5. Who is responsible
Aura (Minsup Kim, sole proprietor, Business Registration No. 250-24-02521, Republic of Korea), operating Soho Korean.
6. Changes
If we ever add anything else that collects data, this page will say so before it goes live, and the date above will change.
