-(으)ㄴ/는 것 같다
It seems… / I think…
Use -(으)ㄴ/는 것 같아요 when you're guessing from what you see or hear — and, very often, just to sound softer. Verbs take -는 for now and -(으)ㄴ for the past. Adjectives take -(으)ㄴ, and nouns take 인.

Examples
침대가 너무 작은 것 같아요.
I think the bed is too small.
밖에 비가 오는 것 같아요.
I think it's raining outside.
옆집 사람이 이사한 것 같아요.
