-아/어서 그런지
Maybe because …
-아/어서 그런지 gives a reason you are not sure of: “maybe because…”, “perhaps it's that…”. It softens a guess about why something happened. After a noun, use (이)라서 그런지.

Examples
긴장해서 그런지 말이 잘 안 나왔어요.
Maybe because I was nervous, the words wouldn't come out.
어제 늦게 자서 그런지 머리가 아파요.
I've got a headache — maybe because I went to bed late.
주말이라서 그런지 사람이 많네요.
It's busy — perhaps because it's the weekend.
