N보다 (더)
More than
보다 goes on the thing you are comparing against: 수영보다 — “than swimming”. 더 (more) is optional but common. The order is flexible: 수영보다 등산이 좋아요 and 등산이 수영보다 좋아요 mean the same.
Examples
수영보다 등산이 더 좋아요.
I like hiking more than swimming.
여름이 겨울보다 더워요.
Summer is hotter than winter.
호야 씨가 소리쌤보다 커요.
Hoya is bigger than Sori-ssaem.
