-더라고요
I noticed that …
-더라고요 tells someone about something you saw, heard or felt in the past, as if you were bringing the scene back for them. It reports what you noticed — other people, places, how things were — not what you chose to do, so for your own actions just use the past tense. Add it straight to the stem; after a noun use (이)더라고요, and for something already over when you saw it, -았/었더라고요.
