V-아/어 놓다 · 두다
Do in advance, leave it that way
-아/어 놓다 and -아/어 두다 mean you do something and leave it in that state, often so it's ready for later. They are almost the same; 두다 can suggest keeping it that way for longer. In speech, 놓았어요 often becomes 놨어요.

Examples
밤에 가방을 미리 챙겨 두세요.
Pack your bag the night before.
손님이 오기 전에 창문을 열어 놓았어요.
I opened the windows before the guests arrived.
소리쌤 호떡은 식지 않도록 싸 놓았어요.
I wrapped up Sori-ssaem's hotteok so it wouldn't go cold.
