-(으)ㄹ 정도로
So much that
-(으)ㄹ 정도로 describes a degree by its effect: “so … that …”, “to the point of …”. The effect comes first, then what happened: 눈물이 날 정도로 감동했어요 — “I was moved to the point of tears.” Stems ending in ㄹ just merge with it: 울 정도로.
