-(으)ㄹ 테니까
I'll … so … / it'll … so …
-(으)ㄹ 테니까 gives a reason for a request or a suggestion. When the subject is 제가, it's a promise: I'll ask, so you look. With other subjects it's a guess: the roads will be jammed, so take the subway. The second part is usually a request, a suggestion or another guess.

I'll ask the staff, so wait here.
지금은 길이 막힐 테니까 지하철을 타세요.
The roads will be jammed now, so take the subway.
호야 씨가 금방 먹을 테니까 괜찮을 거예요.
Hoya will eat it in a minute, so it'll be fine.
