At / on a time — the particle 에 (time)
Taught in Level 1, Unit 8: What time is it?
now that you can say the time, you need to say something happens AT that time. The same 에 you used for places now works for times.
Example
저녁 여섯 시에 운동해요.
I exercise at six in the evening.
