Sori-ssaem, Bori still hasn't come. He said he'd arrive an hour ago.
밖에 비가 많이 오니까 버스가 늦을 텐데요.

It's raining hard outside, so the bus must be running late.
그런데 전화도 안 받아요. 보리가 약속을 잊었을 리가 없어요.

But he isn't answering the phone either. There's no way Bori forgot the appointment.
