못 V · V-지 못해요 / 안 V · V-지 않아요
Can't and don't — 못 vs 안
once you make plans, you also have to turn them down. 'I don't want to' and 'I can't' sound very different in Korean.
Example
저는 고기를 먹지 않아요.
I don't eat meat.
