Stacking endings — the order inside a verb
Taught in Level 2, Unit 12: A reply to a letter (Level 2 review)
Level 2 added many pieces that sit at the end of a verb — 보다, 주다, -고 싶다, -고 있다, -(으)ㄹ 수 있다, -기로 하다, -았/었. They always go in the same order. Learn the order once and you can build sentences you have never heard.
Example
한복을 입어 보고 싶었어요.
I wanted to try on a hanbok.
