V-(으)ㄹ게요
I'll… (a promise or decision)
on the phone you keep saying what you will do for the other person — call back, leave a message, wait. -(으)ㄹ 거예요 gives a plan; -(으)ㄹ게요 is the one that answers the person in front of you.
Example
내일 아침 일찍 올게요.
I'll come early tomorrow morning.
