A/V-겠어요 (guess)
It must be…, it looks like… (a guess)
forecasts and small talk about the weather are mostly guesses — clouds mean rain, a heavy coat means it must be cold. -겠- is the ending for a guess based on something you can see or hear.
Example
오늘 밤에는 눈이 오겠어요.
It looks like it will snow tonight.
