Doing things for someone you honour: -아/어 드리다
in L2-U07 you learned -아/어 주다, 'do something for someone' — 만들어 줄게요, 기다려 주세요. When the person you do it for is someone you honour, 주다 becomes 드리다, and a handful of 하다-verbs do the same.
Example
할머니, 가방이 무거워요? 제가 들어 드릴게요.
Grandmother, is your bag heavy? I'll carry it for you.
