-(으)ㄴ/는 것 같아요 (Unit 9) guesses from what you can see now. Tomorrow, next week, and things you cannot see yet need a guess about what has not happened.
Example
내일은 바람이 불어서 추울 것 같아요.
I think it'll be cold tomorrow because it will be windy.
