-(으)ㄴ/는데요
Leaving it open — the soft ending
Taught in Level 2, Unit 11: Reasons and wishes
you know -는데 as a joiner (Unit 9: background, then the main point). Stop the sentence right after it and you get the softest ending in Korean — the one you need on the phone, in shops, and whenever you want to say something without pushing.
