V-(으)면서
While — two actions by the same person
Taught in Level 3, Unit 12: Chuseok at Sori's pine tree (Level 3 review)
last unit you learnt -는 동안, which works for any two subjects. Doing two things at once — eating and talking, watching and wishing — is the most common case of all, and -(으)면서 is the short, natural way to say it.
Example
저는 보통 음악을 들으면서 운동해요.
I usually exercise while listening to music.
