Taught in Level 2, Unit 9: I just moved house
so far you could only state facts. Here you can guess from what you see and hear — and, just as often, sound gently unsure on purpose, which sounds much more natural in Korean.
Example
옆집에 새 이웃이 이사 온 것 같아요.
I think a new neighbour has moved in next door.
