When it comes to N — framing a judgement in formal Korean
Taught in Level 5, Unit 10: Paper season
official notices, reports and essays keep saying 'in matters of N, the most important thing is…'. In speech you say N에서 or N할 때. In writing, and in careful speech like Team leader Yoon's advice, the frame for a judgement is N에 있어(서).

수술 뒤 회복에 있어서 가장 중요한 것은 충분한 휴식이다.
In recovering after an operation, the most important thing is plenty of rest.
