V-(으)ㄹ 필요가 있다
Need to…, there is a need to…
-아/어야 해요 (Level 2) says 'must'. Advice usually needs something calmer: 'it's a good idea to…'. And its negative — 'you don't have to' — is something you will use every day.
Example
매일 단어를 복습할 필요가 있어요.
You need to review words every day.
