Sujin froze on stage. -아서/어서 would only give a reason. Korean has a sharper way to say that a feeling went too far and something went wrong because of it: -(으)ㄴ 나머지.

Example

  • 너무 놀란 나머지 아무 말도 못 했어요.

    I was so shocked I couldn't say a word.
