Taught in Level 4, Unit 8: Plans and intentions
at the end of Level 3 you met -는 대로 as 'the way' and were told the meaning 'as soon as' was still to come. Here both meanings sit side by side, and both are the language of promises and instructions: 'I'll call as soon as I arrive' and 'I'll do it the way you told me'.

집에 도착하는 대로 문자 보낼게요.
I'll send you a message as soon as I get home.
