I found that … (something you saw or felt yourself)
in Level 2 you could react to what was in front of you (-네요). But the best stories start later — 'I went to a restaurant and …' — and for those you need an ending that brings back what you noticed with your own eyes.

부산은 바람이 정말 세더라고요.
Busan was really windy, I found.
