You know -아/어도 and -더라도 (L4-U02). -(으)ㄹ지라도 is their strongest, most formal member. And when 'even if' becomes 'so what?', Korean has -(으)ㄴ들 — Bori's 'even if you wrote it with your left, who'd read it?'.
